| Subject: | Attached is the 111th year "Cool English Self-Learning Activity Award" regulation, entrusted by the Ministry of Education's Department of National and Preschool Education (hereinafter referred to as the Department) to National Taiwan Normal University for organization. | I. | In accordance with the Department's letter No. 1110007676, dated January 24, 111. |
| II. | To encourage students to cultivate the habit of self-learning English, the Department has entrusted National Taiwan Normal University's "Online English Learning Platform" (Cool English) to organize the 111th year "Cool English Self-Learning Activity." All elementary and junior high school students in general and remote areas across the country are invited to make full use of the online resources on the Cool English platform for self-study, thereby improving their English proficiency in all aspects. |
| III. | The activity period is from March 1, 111 (Tuesday) to January 31, 112 (Saturday), with a total of 11 sessions and monthly lucky draws. |
