I.	This school's 111 academic year special admissions will recruit students for "Beauty Department", "Fashion Styling Department", and "Food and Beverage Management Department". The selection item for each class is a practical skills test. Please refer to Attachment 1.

II.	Application Method: Individual or group applications are accepted. Please refer to Attachment 2 and Attachment 3.

(1) Junior high school group application: Can be submitted by mail (registered mail) or by notifying the school to receive the documents (limited to junior high schools in the Tainan area, contact number 06-2749514, Registration Office). For mail applications, please burn the group application roster (Attachment 4) onto a CD and mail it back to the school along with the application form.

(2) Individual application: Candidates individually submit the application form, a copy of their academic credentials, to Chang Jung Girls' High School (by mail or in person). (For mailed applications, the postmark before March 18th will be the reference date).

IV.	Application Period: March 14-18, 111, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

V.	Practical Skills Test Date: April 23, 111 (Saturday).

VI.	Application Location: The school's Academic Affairs Office.
