| I. | We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated November 26, 110 (2021), No. 1100110779, from the Taoyuan City Department of Education, Sports and Recreation. |
| II. | The aforementioned project's schedule has been extended to the end of the second semester of the 110th academic year (June 30, 111/2022). We encourage teachers and students to connect with nature and participate in leisure farm tourism. Through agricultural experience activities, we aim to promote the concepts of food and agriculture education and environmental education, thereby boosting local business opportunities in our city's agricultural areas. |
| III. | The details of the project activities are as follows: |
| (I) | Application Period: |
| 1. | Seventh Batch: Applications are open from now until March 10, 111 (2022) (Thursday) at 16:00 for all elementary and junior high schools, public and private kindergartens, and non-profit kindergartens in Taoyuan City. |
| 2. | Eighth Batch: Remaining class slots from the seventh batch will be open from March 11, 111 (2022) until March 31, 111 (2022) (Thursday) at 16:00. |
| 3. | Ninth Batch: An announcement will be made if applications are not filled. |
| (II) | Required documents for funding application include the application plan (Form 1) and the budget estimate form (Form 2). |
| (III) | Application Method: Within the application period, please have the aforementioned application documents stamped and sealed. Send the original copy (without a cover letter) by mail or delivery to Director Pan Guangdao, Office of Academic Affairs, Zili Elementary School (Address: No. 1200, Yongfu Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, 320. Please write "Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activities" on the envelope). Additionally, please email the electronic version to zles606@stu.zles.tyc.edu.tw (please indicate "School Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity Plan" in the email subject line) to facilitate the review process. |
| (IV) | Project Content: Each school is requested to select at least one leisure farm from the list of leisure farms in our city. If there are environmental education facilities, tourist factories, or industrial culture museums nearby, they can also be included in the itinerary as planned. (Please refer to the attachment) |
| (V) | Funding Subsidy: A maximum subsidy of NT$15,000 per group will be provided (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, activity materials, etc.). |
