Announcement: 2022 (111th year) 2nd Round Selection Guidelines for Part-time Table Tennis Coaches

I. Selection Basis:

( 1) In accordance with the National Sports Act, the Regulations for the Appointment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at All Levels, and other relevant regulations.

( 2) Announced by the Taoyuan City Government Department of Education on October 27, 109 (2020) in the letter Taoyuan Education Sports Letter No. 1090093428

                    Principles for the employment of external sports coaches in schools under the Taoyuan City Government.

II. Selection Qualifications:
(1) Nationals of the Republic of China (Mainland Chinese residents who have been permitted to enter Taiwan must have established their household registration in Taiwan for

(2) Possess one of the following qualifications:

1.Possess a certificate for a full-time sports coach in schools at all levels for the respective sport specialty.

2.Graduated from a university department or graduate institute related to sports, and possess a national sports association C-level or above sports coach certificate for the sport.

(3) Individuals with any of the following circumstances are not eligible to apply:1.             Circumstances as stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations for the Appointment and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches in Schools at All Levels, Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations for the Guidance and Management of Full-time Sports Coaches, and Article 18, Paragraph 1 of the Teachers Act, within the period of 6 months to 3 years from the date of the final termination of employment.

III. Selection Items: Part-time hourly coaches. 3 individuals to be selected based on overall performance, with additional candidates on standby (if no suitable candidates are found, the positions may remain unfilled).

 (1) Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 15:30-20:30. Saturday and Sunday 09:00-12:00.( NT$500 per hour

IV. Application Method: Applicants must download the application form from the attached brochure of this announcement (please fill in the information, attach a photo and a copy of your ID card in advance) and
submit copies of relevant supporting documents.
V. Application Period: March 16, 111 (Wednesday), 08:00-12:00. Please apply in person at the school's Human Resources Office.

  2. Evaluated based on educational philosophy, professional knowledge, past service performance, administrative cooperation, communication skills, and demeanor.

Anyone who is called three times by the examination staff and is absent will be considered to have forfeited their application.

Candidates who do not achieve an overall score of 75 points will not be hired.

If either the interview or the teaching demonstration score is below 75 points, the candidate will not be hired.

Total Score = Teaching Demonstration Score * 50% + Interview Score * 50%

In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked in order of their scores in the teaching demonstration and interview, respectively.

X. Supplementary Provisions:

   (1) If a part-time sports coach hired through this selection process is found to be unqualified, or if any documents are found to be forged or altered,

         they shall be unconditionally dismissed from their position starting from the date of employment. Applicants shall not demand any compensation or raise any objections, and shall waive their right to prior recourse. If criminal liability is involved, the applicant shall be responsible.
