National Taiwan College of Performing Arts 111th Academic Year Vocational High School Transfer Single Admissions and Vocational High School Joint Admissions Promotional DM and Prospectus

I. According to the letter from the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts dated March 4, 111 (2022), No. 1115000745.
II. The National Taiwan College of Performing Arts is the premier institution in the nation for cultivating professional talent in traditional performing arts and modern theater arts. All students receive public funding after admission. Graduating students who meet the criteria for direct advancement to the college department in their first four semesters may do so.
III. The types and departments for this admission are as follows:
(1) Transfer Independent Admission: Peking Opera, Traditional Arts, Chinese Music, Taiwanese Opera, Hakka Opera. Only first-year vocational high school students are accepted.
(2) Joint Admission: Theater Arts. Admission is through the "Talent Excellence Review" and "Exemption from Entrance Examination" channels in the Taipei-Keelung area. Please refer to the admission brochures for these channels for details.
IV. The application period and admission-related information are as follows:
(1) Application Period: From March 1, 111 (Tuesday) to June 27, 111 (Monday) (2022).
(2) Application Method: Online submission or paper-based mail-in application. Choose one.
(3) Examination Date: July 9, 111 (Saturday) (2022).
(4) Eligibility for Transfer Independent Admission:
1. Graduates of junior high school or the junior high school division attached to senior high school.
2. Equivalent academic qualifications.
(5) Related Subsidies:
1. Applicants with low-income household status are exempt from the full application fee.
2. Applicants with middle-to-low-income household status receive a 50% discount on the application fee.
