2022/2023 Academic Year Assistance Program for Vulnerable Cases Medical Treatment

| I. | In accordance with the letters from the Hsinchu County Government Department of Health dated March 1, 111 (Hsinchu Health Toxic Prevention Letter No. 1113500302) and this Bureau of Health dated March 3, 111 (Taoyuan Health Heart Letter No. 1110016984). |
| II. | The aforementioned project aims to assist vulnerable groups such as low-income and borderline households by removing barriers to medical treatment and maintaining their health. The execution period is from January 1, 111, to December 15, 111. |
| III. | The Ministry of Health and Welfare subsidizes the aforementioned project with NT$465,000. Subsidies will cease once the funds are depleted. |
| IV. | Attached are one copy each of the letter from this Bureau of Health, the original letter from the Hsinchu County Government Department of Health, the 111 Annual Public Welfare Lottery Rebate Fund Project for Removing Barriers to Medical Treatment, the application form, and the receipt. |
