| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Department of Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, dated June 13, 2022, Ref: Tai Jiao Guo Shu Xue Zi Di 1110074728. |
| 2. | To enhance the food hygiene and safety knowledge of catering businesses and to prevent food poisoning, as well as to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, has commissioned the project contractor, the Taiwan Food Industry Development Institute, to organize the aforementioned seminar. The aim is to improve self-management among catering businesses and ensure food safety through this seminar. |
| 3. | The seminar will be conducted online from June to October, covering topics such as "Food Poisoning Regulations and Catering Industry Epidemic Prevention" and "Case Studies on Enhancing Catering Industry Epidemic Prevention and Food Poisoning Prevention." A total of 32 online sessions will be held (please refer to the attached document for the agenda). |
