Eligible applicants include industrial park management centers, public and private schools, military units, government agencies, legal entities (excluding for-profit corporate bodies), associations, agricultural units and individuals guided by the City Government's Department of Agriculture (individuals can only apply for trees and must own land of 0.05 hectares or more). |
