| 2. | The event information is as follows: |
| (1) | Participants and Categories: In-service students of all public and private junior high schools and senior high schools nationwide, divided into junior high school group and senior high school (vocational) group. |
| (2) | Submission Deadline: From now until March 1, 2024 (Sunday). |
| (3) | Registration Method: Please download the "Registration Form and Authorization Letter" directly from the Mandarin Daily News website (https://www.mdnkids.com/events/20231001-talkdrow/). After filling in the basic information by computer, please mail the registration form along with your submission by registered mail to the Mandarin Daily News. |
