Attached is the brochure for the "Birdsong and Fragrance - Bird Study" workshop, organized by the Aowanda Nature Education Center, to be held at the Aowanda Forest Recreation Area on March 2-3, 2024 (Saturday-Sunday). Please acknowledge receipt.

| I. | In accordance with the letter Tou Yu Zi No. 1134340159 dated February 1, 113, from the Nantou Branch of the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture. |
| II. | To provide professional and diverse environmental education activities, the Aowanda Nature Education Center will hold a professional bird ecology workshop in March, 113. This period is when Aowanda's bird resources are abundant and frequently observed, with over 120 species currently recorded. The course will invite professional lecturers to guide participants in exploring the world of birds, observing their ecological habits up close, and conducting resource surveys. It is suitable for participants who enjoy birdwatching or are interested in bird ecology. |
| III. | Participants in this workshop include teachers from all levels of schools, government personnel, or individuals aged 16 and above who are interested in birds. The maximum number of participants is 24. Online registration is available through the "Forest Recreation Network." Early bird discounts are offered for registrations completed before February 9, 113. Please refer to the brochure for details. |
| IV. | Participants who complete the workshop will be granted environmental education and lifelong learning hours for civil servants. |
| V. | Personnel participating in this case will be granted official (business) leave registration by their respective schools according to their responsibilities. |
