| 1. | In accordance with the Taoyuan City Scout Association's letter dated February 19, 113 (113 Taotongli No. 113010). |
| 2. | The event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Date: March 9, 113 (Saturday). |
| (2) | Event Location: Daxi Riverside Park. |
| (3) | Participants: |
| 1. | Scouts of Intermediate level or above from this city are eligible to register for the merit badge test. |
| 2. | Approximately 20 participants are expected. Priority will be given to those aiming for the "Great Wall" level scout rank. Remaining spots will be filled based on rank seniority until full. |
| (4) | Registration Period: From now until March 1, 113 (Friday). |
| 3. | For staff and supervising teachers, under the principle of self-managed leave and no payment for substitute teacher hourly fees, schools are requested to grant official (duty) leave. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within 2 years. |
