| Explanation: |
| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Quanta Foundation dated February 26, 2024, reference number "Quanta Art No. 1130226002". |
| II. | The touring exhibitions of the Quanta "Art Tour" program, "Welcome to Chagall's Shop of Love and Beauty" and "Digging for Treasures with the Masters - Millet Special Exhibition," are ending their image licensing for the touring exhibits. To maximize the benefit of these exhibits, they will be provided to schools participating in the Quanta "Art Tour" program for use as in-school collections for teaching purposes, in order to achieve "cultural equity." |
