I.To promote the concept of career development for young people, enhance students' employability, and expand government support for youth resources, the Ministry of Labor has successively established Youth Career Development Centers. These centers provide diverse learning environments that integrate career exploration, skills training, employment preparation, and innovative learning, thereby assisting young people in building a solid foundation for their career development.
II.The Taoyuan Workforce Development Agency established the "Jia Taole Learning Theme Pavilion" (hereinafter referred to as "the Pavilion") in 2014. Centered around "career development," the Pavilion utilizes innovative technology and interactive experiences to offer a wide range of career services and activities, helping students explore their interests, discover their potential, and cultivate the confidence and abilities needed to face the future.
III.The Pavilion offers a variety of rich career development activities and services, including:
(I) Guided Tours:
1. Guided tours are provided by dedicated staff to lead visitors through diverse career resources. Groups of 30 or more can apply for free shuttle bus services.
2. The Pavilion features interactive experiences integrated with artificial intelligence! Simply take a photo in the "Insightful Eye" area, and within 5 seconds, AI can quickly analyze your
personality traits and suitable career paths. There's also a fun "Mock Interview, AI Interviewer" that provides immediate feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement during interviews, helping young people face future challenges with greater confidence. Additionally, the Pavilion offers an immersive "Virtual Workplace Experience" where multiple people can step into various professional scenarios simultaneously, gaining firsthand experience of different job roles.
(II) Career Aptitude Tests:Through career assessment tools, students are assisted in exploring their potential abilities and interests. They can also undergo Enneagram analysis in the "Know Yourself" experience area to gain a deeper understanding of their personality traits and identify the most suitable career paths.
(III) Diverse Thematic Courses:Such as resume workshops, mock interviews, and career lectures. Company visit activities are also arranged to allow students to directly engage with the industry, strengthening their practical understanding and career planning.
IV.In addition to services within the Pavilion, we also offer outreach services to schools. We can customize programs based on your school's specific career development needs, helping students build career awareness and practical foundations, and broaden their understanding of the diverse landscape of the workplace. Teachers and students are welcome to sign up.
