| 2. | The purpose of this plan is to learn from the successful models of other counties and cities by visiting and observing outstanding learning assistance teams and exemplary teaching schools (including exemplary reading education schools) evaluated annually in various counties and cities, to serve as a reference for the future promotion of learning assistance in our city. |

| (3) | Participants: Directors and relevant staff of the Department of Education, schools undertaking various sub-plans of the city's Learning Assistance Overall Administrative Promotion Plan, schools that received outstanding evaluations in the 113 academic year learning assistance guidance visits, outstanding learning assistance teaching staff in the 113 academic year, members of the 114 academic year learning assistance guidance visit committee, personnel providing on-site consultation and in-class guidance for learning assistance in the 114 academic year, staff responsible for the learning assistance resource center, and principals of schools intending to deepen and improve learning assistance performance, with an estimated 36 participants. Due to limited spots, priority will be given based on relevance to the work. |
