The National Taiwan Normal University Mathematics Education Center is organizing the "4th Mathematics Activity Facilitator Training Workshop - Kaohsiung Session".

Subject:Forwarding information regarding the "4th Mathematics Activity Facilitator Training Workshop - Kaohsiung Session" organized by the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) Mathematics Education Center. Please acknowledge receipt.
Details: 
I.In accordance with the official letter from National Taiwan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as NTNU) dated October 20, 114 (Republic of China calendar), with reference number Shida Mathematics Zhongzi No. 1141029375.
II.Workshop Objective: To foster students' interest and foundational experience in learning mathematics through engaging activities, particularly for students who may be less prepared.
III.Organizer: Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
IV.Target Audience: Full-time, substitute, and temporary teachers in elementary and junior high schools.
V.Capacity: Three groups will be offered: lower elementary, upper elementary, and junior high. Each group will have one class, with a general limit of 36 participants per class. Adjustments may be made based on registration numbers.
VI.Workshop Date and Location: November 23, 114 (Sunday), from 9:00 AM to 4:20 PM at Lequn Elementary School, Kaohsiung City (No. 61 Yule Road, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City).
VII.Registration Method: Please complete the registration form by 12:00 PM on November 12, 114 (Wednesday) at the following URL: https://forms.gle/NRC9AGQ6GcjvjKVH9. Late submissions will not be accepted.
VIII.Fees: This event is free of charge and includes lunch. However, participants are responsible for their own insurance, accommodation, and transportation costs.
IX.Certificate and Proof of Participation:
(1)Mathematics teachers who meet the above qualifications and complete all course content to obtain certification will be awarded the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" certificate for their respective group in this session.
(2)To ensure training quality, participants who do not attend at least 2/3 of the module courses in this session may audit the workshop sessions but will not receive a certificate.
(3)Only those who obtain the "Mathematics Activity Facilitator" qualification in this session are eligible to apply for "Mathematics Literacy Teaching Practice."
