| I. | In accordance with the Bureau's 115 Unified Invoice Promotion and Tax Art Creation Competition Plan. |
| II. | The implementation details are as follows, excerpted from the activity rules: |
| (I) | Painting Content: Participants shall choose topics related to new measures for unified invoice prize redemption (including the Unified Invoice Prize Redemption App), requesting unified invoices when shopping, mobile payment combined with cloud invoices, automatic cloud invoice prize redemption, donating cloud invoices through social welfare group codes, information on the three major local taxes (house tax, vehicle license tax, land value tax), types of national and local taxes, convenient service measures, diversified payment channels, tax-funded construction, and important tax systems and policies, and present them through painting. |
| (II) | Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on May 20, 115. |
| (III) | Eligibility: Students in grades 3 to 6 of public (private) junior elementary schools and elementary schools in Taoyuan City, as well as residents of this city aged 15 and above (with Republic of China nationality). |
| (IV) | Registration Method: After completing the drawing on a four-open drawing paper (vertical or horizontal orientation is acceptable), please submit it in person (a receipt will be issued by the Bureau) or by registered mail (postmark as proof of mailing) before the submission deadline to complete the registration. |
| (V) | Submission Location: Publicity Section of the Service Division and Service Administration Sections of each branch office of the Bureau. |
| (VI) | Early Bird Prize: Participants who submit their entries before April 30, 115, will receive an early bird prize. |
| (VII) | Competition Categories and Prizes: Divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and general group. Winners will be awarded prize money and a certificate of commendation from the Bureau as encouragement (students in the junior high school group who win will be considered for bonus points in the 12-year compulsory education excess score ranking, with scoring standards of Special Prize (6 points), Excellent Prize (5 points), and Honorable Mention (3 points)). The prizes and quotas are as follows: |

| (1) | Special Prize: 3 winners, each receiving NT$3,600 and a certificate of commendation. |
| (2) | Excellent Prize: 8 winners, each receiving NT$2,000 and a certificate of commendation. |
| (3) | Honorable Mention: 20 winners, each receiving NT$1,000 and a certificate of commendation. |
| (4) | Selected: 20 entries, each receiving a certificate of commendation. |

| (1) | Special Prize: 1 winner, receiving NT$3,600 and a certificate of commendation. |
