2026 Conference on Geography Education - Geography Education under the OECD Goals for 2030

| I. | In accordance with the letter from Taichung Municipal Taichung Girls Senior High School, No. 1150001891, dated March 17, 115. |
| II. | In response to the deepening of the 12-year compulsory education and the continuous changes and challenges in the educational field, the Ministry of Education Geography Subject Center is organizing a Geography Education Academic Conference. This conference aims to allow teachers to exchange innovative resources and teaching experiences, understand the forward-looking trends in geography education, and enhance teachers' professional knowledge and skills to cope with future challenges. |
| III. | The information regarding the aforementioned workshop is as follows: |
| (I) | Time: April 11, 115 (Saturday). |
| (II) | Location: National Archives Administration (No. 1, Archives Rd., Linkou Dist., New Taipei City). Transportation will be provided for this event. |
| (III) | Event agenda and registration information: https://pse.is/8sly9x4. (Teachers who wish to attend must register online to receive event notifications) |
| IV. | This Bureau approves teachers from public schools to attend the aforementioned workshop. Upon school approval, they will be granted official (business) leave and may take compensatory leave within 2 years on a self-managed basis for class responsibilities. Private schools are requested to grant participating teachers official (business) leave and compensatory leave according to their own authority, and travel expenses shall be borne by the original unit. |
