| 1. | Our organization has long been committed to promoting animal protection education. This year, we are holding the 2026 5th "Caring for Animals Literary Award," guided by the Ministry of Agriculture. The theme is "My Favorite Animal Protection Textbook," inviting high school, junior high, and elementary school students to create original prose based on textbook chapters on the spirit of "owner responsibility," incorporating the spirit of animal care. |
| 2. | Awards: The "Elementary School Group," "Junior High School Group," and "High School Group" will each select one first prize winner, two second prize winners, and three third prize winners, with 10 honorable mentions. Prizes include NT$3,000 for first prize, NT$2,000 for each second prize winner, NT$1,000 for each third prize winner, and NT$500 for each honorable mention. All award-winning students will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture. |
| 3. | Outstanding award-winning works will be published on our organization's official website, Facebook, and Instagram fan pages, as well as the "Animal Protection Grassroots Education Platform" website, for teachers, students, and the general public to appreciate. |
| 4. | The submission period for the event is from now until August 31st. For detailed information, please refer to the attached guidelines (Attachment 1) or the student activity section on our official website (https://www.lca.org.tw/education/31/21292). |
