| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Agriculture and Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, dated July 14, 115, with reference number 1151172502. |
| II. | To promote food and agriculture education, demonstration courses on coarse grain food and agriculture education are being organized to cultivate seed teachers with professional knowledge, guiding them to integrate domestic coarse grains into teaching, and enhancing students' understanding and recognition of food, land, and domestic coarse grains. |
| III. | The aforementioned activities are summarized as follows: |
| (I) | Target Audience: Junior high school home economics teachers and senior high school culinary/food-related department teachers. A total of 20 participants will be recruited. (The number of participants accepted per school is generally 2.) |
| (II) | Registration Method: Online registration (details in the registration brochure). |
| (III) | Registration Period: From now until July 20 of this year. |
