| III. | The chief administrator of each polling station must be a current civil servant or teacher. In addition to current civil servants and teachers, retired civil servants and teachers under the age of 72 may also serve as chief supervisors. Administrators must be at least 18 years old. |
| IV. | Registration Method: Please fill out the attached "Personal Application Form for Polling Station Staff for the 115th Election of Mayor, City Councilors, and Village Chiefs." The file name and email subject should be named "Personal Application Form + Name," and the Excel file should be sent via email to 10053210@mail.tycg.gov.tw, Ms. Lin (03-3348058 ext. 1139). After obtaining the approval and seal from your supervisor and head of department, please retain the application form for your records. |
| V. | Regarding the commendation and compensatory leave for election staff, the Executive Yuan has agreed to grant 2 days of compensatory leave. The work allowance is based on the "Regulations for Election Work Allowances of the Central Election Commission." The allowance for the chief administrator is NT$3,700 (hereinafter referred to as NT$), for the chief supervisor is NT$3,050, for the administrator is NT$2,400, for the supervisor is NT$2,200, and for the reserve staff is NT$2,000. Any changes will be based on the announcements made by the Central Election Commission. |
