1. Based on the Ministry of Education, National and Preschool Education Administration's letter No. 10701481472 dated December 19, 2018.

2. To encourage children of new immigrants to visit their (maternal/paternal) grandparents during holidays for family life, language learning, and cultural exchange experiences, thereby strengthening their language and cultural connections and cultivating seeds for multicultural talent to connect with the world, the aforementioned plan is specially organized.

3. In 2019, a peer group theme was added for children of new immigrants currently enrolled in universities or higher education. This group is for students from the same or different universities (at least one of whom is a child of a new immigrant), with a limit of 3 people per group. It is planned to select 5 groups, totaling 15 people.

4. Attached are the activity guidelines and application form (as attached). The activity accepts applications from February 11, 2019 (Monday) to March 22, 2019 (Friday). Please mail the application to the National Immigration Agency (5th Floor, No. 15, Guangzhou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, Immigration Guidance Section), with the postmark as proof of submission.
