Explanation:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 臺教人(三)字第1110008889A dated January 22, 111.

2. Article 2 of the Gender Equality Act stipulates: "(Paragraph 1) Agreements between employers and employees that are more favorable than this Act shall be followed. (Paragraph 2) This Act also applies to civil servants, educational personnel, and military personnel. However, the provisions of Articles 33, 34, 38, and 38-1 are not included..." Therefore, from January 18, 111, if current teacher regulations are inconsistent with the amended provisions of the Gender Equality Act and its enforcement rules, or supplementary interpretations from the Ministry of Labor, schools may directly handle matters in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Gender Equality Act before the amendment of the Teacher Leave Act. That is, if teachers have the fact and need to accompany their spouses for prenatal check-ups and childbirth, they may request 7 days of 陪產檢 and 陪產假 in accordance with Article 15 of the Gender Equality Act, which can be calculated by the hour. As for the number of days of prenatal leave for teachers, it shall still be in accordance with the 8 days stipulated in Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the current Teacher Leave Act.

4. The attendance system of this city has amended "陪產假" to "陪產檢及陪產假" (accompanying partner for prenatal check-ups and paternity leave), and the number of days granted has been increased from the original 5 days to 7 days.
