2. In accordance with Article 9-1 of the Social Assistance Act: "When educators, childcare workers, social workers, medical personnel, village chiefs (neighborhood chiefs), and police officers, in the course of their duties, become aware of individuals or families in need of social assistance, they shall report to the competent authority of the special municipality, county, or city. Upon becoming aware of or receiving the report from the preceding paragraph, the competent authority of the special municipality, county, or city shall dispatch personnel to investigate and provide necessary assistance in accordance with the law." This is stated for your reference.

3. To implement the aforementioned mandatory reporting mechanism, relevant business units and personnel are requested to, during the course of their duties, if they discover or become aware of individuals or families in need of social assistance, report it in accordance with the law and fill out the "Taoyuan City Emergency Relief Application Form / Social Assistance Reporting Form" and fax it to the district office where the reporter resides, in order to facilitate subsequent investigation and provision of necessary assistance. If there are protective cases, please report them through "Guanhuai E Qilai" (Care E-rise).

4. The above-mentioned Social Assistance Reporting Form is applicable from the 3rd quarter of 108 (July 1, 2019). Relevant mandatory reporting personnel are requested to note that when submitting the report on the handling of social assistance in the 3rd quarter of 108, the newly revised form must be used, otherwise it will be returned for correction.
