1. To promote correct food safety and analytical chemistry knowledge, this event is divided into three types: "Seed Teacher Training," "Workshop," and "Competition," as follows:
(1) Seed Teacher Training: Participants are kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and senior high school teachers, who will be trained as "Food Safety Seed Teachers." Participating teachers can obtain teacher in-service training hours and sign for a certificate.
(2) Workshop: Participants are members of the public interested in food safety.
(3) Competition: For detailed participation and award methods, please refer to the official website of the school. The competition is divided into two types, as follows:
1. Food Safety Picasso - Food Safety Themed Painting: For kindergarten, elementary school, and junior high school groups.
2. Food Safety Golden Horse Award - Food Safety Themed Video: For teams of high school or university/college students.
2. The workshop and seed teacher training are divided into two sessions. You can choose one session to attend. After the event, please sign for the training certificate and receive one copy each of the "Food Safety Knowledge Booklet" and "How It Works Illustrated Guide" provided by the organizer. The sessions are as follows:
(1) Taipei Session: December 7, 2019 (Saturday) National Taiwan University.
(2) Tainan Session: December 28, 2019 (Saturday) National Cheng Kung University.
