(1) Competition time and organizing school:

1. Northern preliminary round: Held on October 19, 2019 (Saturday), organized by Jilin Elementary School, Zhongshan District, Taipei City.

2. Finals (including award ceremony): Held on November 16, 2019 (Saturday), organized by Xinsheng Elementary School, Dongshi District, Taichung City.

(2) Registration time and method: All preliminary rounds and finals will be registered online (registration website: http://school.hakka.gov.tw). The registration deadline for all preliminary rounds is September 30, 2019 (Monday).

(3) The administrative fees for the Hakka singing and performance category are adjusted as follows:

1. Preliminary round: The administrative fee for one participating group per school is NT$8,000 (hereinafter referred to as the same); for two or more participating groups per school, an additional NT$1,500 will be charged for each additional group.

2. Finals: The administrative fee for one participating group per school is NT$4,000; for two or more participating groups per school, an additional NT$750 will be charged for each additional group.

3. This bureau agrees to grant official (business) leave to the participating personnel. As the competition falls on a weekend, participating teachers may take compensatory leave within one year after the competition, provided that they arrange their own class affairs and do not claim substitute teacher fees.
