教育部国民及び就学前教育署から国立成功大学に委託された「食卓から産地へ - 食材の受け入れと地産食材の産地認識」研修コース(宜蘭会場)についてお知らせします。

1. To enhance the professionalism of lunch-related personnel in ingredient identification, encourage schools to procure directly from origins, obtain traceable ingredients from community organic and friendly farming, and establish a mutual understanding of exchange between schools and community agriculture, thereby strengthening the supply chain between rural production areas and schools, this seminar is organized.
2. Seminar information is as follows:
(1) Date:
1. First session: August 10, 109 (Monday), 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
2. Second session: August 11, 109 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
(2) Location: National Luodong Vocational High School and Xingjian Organic Farm, Sanxing Township, Yilan County.
(3) Participants: School teachers, lunch supervisors, cooks, ingredient receiving personnel, and other related staff. Each session is limited to 50 participants, first come, first served.

4. Please refer to the attachment for the seminar curriculum and registration method. Attendees on the day of the event will be granted official (business) leave by your school according to its authority.
5. The following are the epidemic prevention precautions for this seminar:
(1) Please do not attend if you are under home quarantine, home isolation, self-health management, or have respiratory infectious symptoms (including fever or cough).
(2) During the event, please maintain social distancing or wear a mask, and comply with the latest regulations announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center.
