| 二、 | The special outpatient clinic's admission criteria: |
| 1. | Individuals with severe emotional and behavioral problems, such as self-harm, harm to others, or adjustment problems at school or home (excluding behavioral problems that are merely violations of rules). |
| 2. | Cases with mental illness, autism, intellectual disability, and multiple disabilities who hold a disability handbook. |
