1. Based on the letters from the Bureau of Education dated October 8, 109 (2020) No. 1090092468 and October 7 of the same year No. 1090091346.

In accordance with Article 13 of the "Family Education Act": "Senior high schools and below shall implement at least 4 hours of family education courses and activities outside of the formal curriculum each academic year, and shall also organize parent-child education with the parent-teacher association for students and their parents, guardians, or actual caregivers." Therefore, school teachers must be equipped with professional knowledge and skills in family education to apply them to curriculum teaching and activity implementation; furthermore, in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the same law: "Personnel promoting family education at all levels of schools shall receive at least 4 hours of professional training in family education each year." The Ministry of Education has commissioned the aforementioned school to develop the outlined courses to achieve the goal of implementing family education that is "Easy Access - Easy to Learn and Reachable."
