一、Based on the "Administrative Yuan and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and utilization points" and the "Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and management points" relevant regulations.

二、Number of positions: This recruitment is for 1 full-time security guard, with additional reserve candidates selected as needed.

三、 The qualification requirements are as follows:

1) Citizens of the Republic of China with no dual nationality and who do not have the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and management points" (discovery after employment may lead to revocation). In addition, according to Article 9 of the same points, the heads of agencies shall not employ their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity in their own agencies or subordinate agencies. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity of the heads of agencies at all levels within their supervisory units should avoid employment. Those who fall under the above circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.

2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese Hokkien.

3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.

4) Experience: No experience required, but experience in security work is preferred.

5) Upright character, enthusiastic service, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.

6) Ability to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess response capabilities.

7)Possession of a disability certificate (valid period) is preferred.

8)According to Article 77 of the "Public School Teachers and Staff Retirement, Resignation, Severance, and Pension Act": Retired teachers and staff who are approved to receive monthly retirement pensions, and who are re-employed by government-funded agencies (organizations), schools, or groups with salaries, benefits, or public funds, and whose total monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year, will have their monthly pension payments suspended. To avoid suspension of monthly pension payments and affect the individual's rights and interests due to overtime work exceeding the statutory minimum wage for the current year, please refrain from applying.please refrain from applying.

四、 Work items:

1) Access control management, regulating the entry and exit of people and vehicles according to regulations, and handling registration and badge issuance.
2) Campus safety patrols, and maintenance of safety for teachers and students on campus.
3) Mail reception, delivery, and answering phone calls.
4) Monitoring and operation of security systems, and handling of abnormal situations.
5) Handling of other emergent incidents and temporary tasks assigned by various departments.

六、 Working hours: 3 security guards on duty, 8 hours per day (overtime may be required according to school needs).

十、Selection method and date

Candidates whose qualifications and academic/work experience meet the school's requirements after the initial review will be notified by phone between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on December 28, 109, to attend the second round of interviews at 9:00 AM on December 29, 109.【Second round interviewees must arrive on time. 2) Successful candidates must report to the General Affairs Office with relevant documents, a health examination report from a contracted hospital (including chest X-ray results), and a "Police Criminal Record Certificate" issued by the police department within one week of the announcement. Failure to report by the deadline will be considered a waiver, and reserve candidates will be appointed (the reserve period is three months from the day after the announcement of the results).

3) If no candidates meet the school's requirements, the school may choose not to fill the position.
十二、 Supplementary provisions:

1) A contract will be signed after reporting to work, and the terms of the contract must be strictly adhered to without objection.

2) Security guards are not subject to the regulations of the "Act Governing the Appointment of Civil Servants", "Salary Act", "Performance Evaluation Act", "Retirement Act", "Pension Act", "Insurance Act", "Regulations on Severance Pay for Contracted Employees", "Death Compensation Act", etc. If they obtain civil servant appointment qualifications, their years of service as contracted employees will not be counted for salary grade increments, nor will they be counted towards retirement years.

3) Individuals with any of the following circumstances are prohibited from employment; if employed, they will be dismissed immediately upon discovery.

(1)Sentenced to imprisonment of one year or more, and the judgment is final.

(2)Convicted of sexual offenses as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Sexual Offenses Prevention Act", and the judgment is final.

(3)Confirmed to have committed sexual assault through investigation by the school's Gender Equality Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Gender Equality Committee") or other legally established committees.

(4)Confirmed to have committed sexual harassment or sexual bullying through investigation by the school's Gender Equality Committee or other legally established committees, and it is necessary to terminate the contract and prohibit employment in the education sector for life.

(14)Suffers from a chronic illness that prevents them from performing duties, or has not yet settled public service accounts, and therefore cannot be employed.

(15)Suffers from a legally notifiable infectious disease.

(16)Has bad habits such as drug use, alcoholism, or gambling.
