在宅勤務に関する注意事項

1. This is handled in accordance with the letter of the Taoyuan City Government Education Bureau dated May 26, 110 (2021), No. 1100047389, and the resolution of the school's administrative meeting on May 28, 110 (2021).

2. All personnel applying for telecommuting at this school, except for administrative staff (excluding teachers with concurrent administrative duties), should log in to the attendance system at the start and end of their work hours at their telecommuting location to clock in for telecommuting as a basis for actual work hours. During this period, please maintain real-time contact and ensure smooth communication channels. If you are not working, please request leave according to regulations.

3. During the telecommuting period, please accurately record your "Work Log," and cooperate as follows:

(1) The Work Log for telecommuting should be one page per day as a general principle, and it should be filled out in a bulleted list (with at least 5 items).

(2) When you come to school to work during the week, please submit the Work Logs for telecommuting during that week to your unit supervisor first, so that the unit supervisor can approve and stamp them before submitting them to the Human Resources Office for record-keeping on the following Monday.

4. Additionally, all administrative colleagues at this school who apply for telecommuting are kindly requested not to engage in non-official activities during the telecommuting period. Thank you for your cooperation!
