1. Based on the implementation guidelines for the 110 academic year national student art competition and the resolution of the preparatory meeting for the city's 110 academic year student art competition held on August 18, 110.
2. Important dates for the competition are summarized as follows:
(1) Host schools: Yangming High School (North District) and Yangmei Junior High School (South District).
(2) Registration period: From September 18, 110 (Saturday) to September 26, 110 (Sunday) before 23:59, register students as a school unit on the "Taoyuan City Student Art Competition Registration Website" (http://art105.tyc.edu.tw/).
(3) Artwork submission dates:
1. Elementary school group: October 5, 110 (Tuesday).
2. Junior high school, high school, and vocational school groups: October 6, 110 (Wednesday).
(4) Judging date: October 16, 110 (Saturday).
(5) Results announcement date: October 19, 110 (Tuesday).
(6) Artwork return date for those not selected for the national competition:
1. Elementary school group: October 20, 110 (Wednesday).
2. Junior high school, high school, and vocational school groups: October 21, 110 (Thursday).
(7) On-site calligraphy writing date for selected works: October 22, 110 (Friday). On-site writing regulations for Taoyuan City will be announced separately in a letter.
3. Important reminders for the competition are as follows:
(1) Registration method: All registrations must be done online. Submissions from those who have not completed online registration will not be accepted. Submissions with incorrect group selection will also not be accepted.
(2) For painting, graphic design, comics, ink wash painting, printmaking, and Western painting categories that require on-site creation, the categories are temporarily not announced. Those who place in the top three in the city's student art competition in these categories, and whose works are selected by the national competition judges, must participate in the on-site creation on November 13, 110 (Saturday) at 1:30 PM at the Postal Museum (time and location are subject to change and will be notified separately).
(3) To prevent printmaking works from sticking together, they may be covered with transparent film. Works that are not dry will not be accepted.
(4) Please also pay attention to whether the size specifications of the participating students' works comply with the competition guidelines. Any non-compliant works will be returned.
4. The implementation guidelines mentioned above are marked in bold or red. This matter concerns the important rights and interests of students. Please ensure that the personnel in charge and supervising teachers at your school carefully read and accurately inform the students and parents involved to protect the students' rights to participate in the competition.
