Regarding the subsidy for faculty and staff health examinations for the 111th year (January to December) of our school, please apply to the Personnel Office in advance in the same way as in previous years, as follows:

1. Eligible applicants for health examinations are limited to full-time civil servants and public school faculty and staff who are 40 years of age or older (born before the end of December in the 70th year of the Republic of China) [Newly added from January 1, 111: contract employees (including temporary staff) who have continuously served in their current agency (institution) or school for one year]. However, those who are on leave without pay during the year must apply for this health examination subsidy after returning to work. In addition, personnel who retire during the year are still eligible for the examination, but they must complete the examination before retirement.
2. This health examination can be applied for once every two years. The subsidy for examination fees will be reimbursed based on the actual amount within the limit of NT$4,500 per person from January 1, 111 (previously NT$3,500). If the actual cost is less than NT$4,500, it will be reimbursed at the actual amount. Any excess will be borne by the applicant. [The subsidy standard for health examinations for civil servants and public school faculty and staff aged 50 and above has been adjusted from January 1, 108, to NT$3,500 per person per year, or NT$7,000 per person every two years.]

Faculty and staff members of our school who are 40 years of age or older and who undergo a health examination at Zhongxiang Hospital today and are eligible for the health examination subsidy, please contact the Personnel Office today to fill out the health examination application form in advance. After the examination, please submit the "Health Examination Receipt" for reimbursement. The Personnel Office wishes everyone good health and peace!
