| 二、 | According to statistics, more than 40% of workers who died in major occupational accidents in recent years were new employees with less than six months of work experience. In addition, work accidents involving students in workshops, laboratories, off-campus internships, and practical training sites are also frequently reported. To prevent accidents and enhance students' safety and health in the workplace in the future, it is beneficial for them to gain knowledge of labor rights and occupational safety and health through visits and experiences during their studies. |
| 三、 | In response to the rapid development of digitalization and information technology, the institute has launched the "Occupational Safety and Health Experience Hall" in 111, with a focus on experiential learning. The exhibition includes displays of various safety and health protective equipment and knowledge on preventing falls, electric shocks, explosions, entrapment, fires, chemical hazards, laboratory fires, occupational diseases, confined space accidents, ergonomic injuries, and noise hazards. It also enhances understanding through 3D videos and VR interactions, with on-site explanations to make learning engaging and enjoyable. |
| 四、 | The experience hall is located at No. 99, Lane 407, Hengke Road, Xizhi District, New Taipei City, 1 kilometer from the Nangang-Xizhi Interchange (Exit 14) of National Freeway No. 3, and 2 kilometers from Taipei MRT Nangang Exhibition Center Station or the Xizhi exit of Taipei Eastern Expressway.
