お知らせ本校111年度警衛值勤人員第3次甄選簡章(身障手帳をお持ちの方、特に歓迎)

一、Based on the relevant regulations of the "Administrative Yuan and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and utilization points" and the "Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and management points".

二、Number of positions: This recruitment is for 1 full-time security guard, with additional reserve candidates selected as needed.

三、 The qualification requirements are as follows:

1) Citizens of the Republic of China without dual nationality and who do not have the circumstances stipulated in Article 7 of the "Taoyuan City Government and its subordinate agencies and schools temporary personnel employment and management points" (employment may be revoked upon discovery). In addition, according to Article 9 of the same points, the heads of agencies shall not employ their spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity in their own agencies or subordinate agencies. Spouses and relatives within the third degree of kinship or affinity of the heads of agencies at all levels within their supervisory units shall avoid employment within their supervisory units. Those who fall under the above circumstances are requested to refrain from applying.

2) Clear and fluent expression in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

3) Education: Junior high school graduate or above.

4) Experience: No experience required, but experience in security work is preferred.

5) Upright character, enthusiastic service, no criminal record or bad habits (such as smoking, drug use, alcoholism, betel nut chewing, gambling, etc.), and able to adjust to school duty hours.

6) Able to write security duty logs and fill out forms, and possess response capabilities.

7)Possession of a disability certificate (must be within the validity period) is preferred.

8)According to Article 77 of the "Public School Teachers and Staff Retirement, Resignation, and Severance Pension Act": Retired teachers and staff who are approved to receive monthly retirement pensions and are re-employed in positions funded by government budgets that provide salaries (wages), benefits, or public funds, and whose total monthly remuneration exceeds the statutory minimum wage for the current year, shall have their right to receive monthly retirement pensions suspended. To avoid the suspension of monthly retirement pensions and affect the rights and interests of individuals due to overtime work required for the job, which may cause the total remuneration to exceed the statutory minimum wage for the current year, please refrain from applying.Please refrain from applying.

四、 Work items:
(1) Access control management, regulating the entry and exit of people and vehicles according to regulations, and handling registration and badge issuance.
(2) Campus safety patrols, and maintenance of safety for teachers, students, and staff on campus.
(3) Mail reception, delivery, and answering phone calls.
(4) Monitoring and operation of security systems, and handling of abnormal situations.
(5) Handling of other emergent incidents and temporary tasks assigned by various departments.

五、Employment period:The first phase is from the actual start date of employment for 1 month. After passing the performance review at the end of the employment period,the second phase will be extended until December 31, 112, depending on funding.

六、 Working hours: 3 security guards on rotation, 8 hours per day (overtime may be required according to school needs).

七、 Salary: Hourly wage system, based on thestatutory minimum wage for the current year (NT$168 per hour in 111), with a monthly salary of approximately NT$29,568.monthly salary

十、Selection method and date

十一、 Announcement of results

1)The list of successful candidates will be announced on the school's website within 3 days after being approved by the principal.  http://www.tyjh.tyc.edu.tw/).

2) Successful candidates must report to the General Affairs Office with relevant documents and a health examination report from a contracted hospital (including chest X-ray) and a "Criminal Record Certificate" issued by the police department within one week of the announcement. Failure to report within the time limit will be considered a waiver, and reserve candidates will be appointed (the reserve period is three months from the day after the announcement of the results).

3) If no candidates meet the school's requirements, the school may choose not to fill the position.
十二、 Supplementary provisions:

1) A contract will be signed upon reporting to work. All terms and conditions of the contract must be strictly adhered to, and no objections will be entertained.

2) Security guards are not subject to the regulations of the "Civil Service Employment Act", "Salary Act", "Performance Evaluation Act", "Retirement Act", "Severance Pay Act", "Insurance Act", "Contracted Employment Severance Reserve Regulations", "Death Allowance Act", etc. If they obtain civil service employment qualifications, their years of service under contract will not be counted for salary grade increments, nor will they be counted towards retirement years.3)

3Individuals with any of the following circumstances are not eligible for employment; if employed, they will be dismissed immediately upon discovery.

(1)Sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more, and the judgment is final.

(2)Convicted of sexual offenses as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Sexual Offenses Prevention Act", and the judgment is final.

(3)Confirmed by the school's Gender Equality Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Gender Equality Committee") or a legally established relevant committee to have committed sexual offenses.

(4)Confirmed by the school's Gender Equality Committee or a legally established relevant committee to have committed sexual harassment or sexual bullying, and it is necessary to terminate the contract and prohibit employment in the education sector for life.

(10)Civil rights have been deprived and not yet restored.

(11)Has been declared legally incompetent or partially incompetent, and the declaration has not yet been revoked.

(12)Suffers from mental illness (including bipolar disorder) or mental disorders.

(13)Behavior is improper and damages the school's reputation, and has been verified by relevant authorities.

(14)Suffers from chronic illness that prevents them from performing duties, or has outstanding public service matters to settle.

(15)Suffers from a legally communicable disease.

(16)Has bad habits such as drug use, alcoholism, or gambling.

4) In case of natural disasters or force majeure events that require changes to the above dates, announcements will be made on the school's website.
