Regarding the enforcement date of the partial amendments to the Act Governing the Retirement and Survivors' Benefits of Civil Servants, promulgated on May 10, 112, the Examination Yuan and the Executive Yuan have jointly issued an order. Except for Article 2, Paragraphs 2 and 3, concerning the supervision of the Retirement and Survivors' Benefits Fund for Civil Servants, which will take effect on June 1, 112, the rest will take effect on April 30, 112.
