| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Taoyuan City Scout Association dated September 12, 112 (2023), No. 112057. |
| 2. | Event details are as follows: |
| (1) | Event Date: Sunday, October 22, 112 (2023). |
| (2) | Event Location: Zhongshan Elementary School. |
| (3) | Registration Deadline: From now until Tuesday, October 17, 112 (2023). |
| (4) | Participants who attend the entire event will receive 6 hours of training credit. |
| 3. | Staff and supervising teachers will be granted official (business) leave for the duration of the event, provided that they do not claim substitute teacher fees. If the event falls on a holiday, compensatory leave can be taken within two years. |
