| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter dated November 8, 112, No. T.T.J. (3) Zi. No. 1122604536B. |
| 2. | To enrich the pool of teachers and increase the proportion of specialized instruction in certain junior high school subjects, the Ministry of Education will coordinate with teacher training universities to offer the aforementioned credit classes in the summer of 113 or at a suitable time, based on the needs submitted. The classes include "In-service Teacher Credit Class for Enhancing Technology Field Expertise" and "In-service Teacher Credit Class for Second Specialization." Please refer to the recommendation form's explanation column for class principles and recommendation qualifications. |
| 3. | To facilitate the Ministry of Education's subsequent review process, please evaluate your school's teacher structure, student learning needs, and school size. Recommend individuals who meet the qualification criteria for the aforementioned classes and teachers who can attend the classes, specifying the recommendation order (each teacher can only be recommended for one subject, please do not recommend duplicates). |
| 4. | Please ensure that each school inventories its teacher structure across all fields or subjects. For subjects with insufficient teachers (e.g., Information Technology, Living Technology, Home Economics, Earth Science, Performing Arts, Health Education, and Scouting, etc.), encourage teachers to pursue a second specialization and recommend them to attend the second specialization credit classes to meet the principle of specialized instruction. |
| 5. | Additionally, the "In-service Teacher Credit Class for Enhancing Living Technology Expertise in the Technology Field for Secondary Schools" will be offered for the last time in 113 for needs assessment and class offerings. Please encourage eligible teachers to participate. |
| 6. | Please ensure that your school sends the stamped PDF file (including the original Excel file) directly to the mailbox of the person in charge of the Junior High School Education Section of this bureau (10040781@ms.tyc.edu.tw) by November 20, 112 (Monday). If your school has no need to recommend teachers, please also fill in "None" in the recommendation form and return it, so that this bureau can report to the Ministry of Education for processing. Furthermore, late submissions will not be accepted for the overall review process. |
