To foster a culture of yielding and stopping among the public and make it flourish everywhere, please encourage your school's teachers and students to actively participate in the "Everyone's Mouth for Traffic, Safety is Most Important" filter challenge audition and lucky draw event. Details are as follows:
(1) Audition Period: From September 16, 113, to September 30, 113.
(2) Lucky Draw Event: Create a "Everyone's Mouth for Traffic" filter challenge video using a mobile phone, and complete the recording according to the operation instructions (must record until the challenge successful screen). Upload it to your Facebook or Instagram story and tag the traffic safety month account.
(3) Winner Announcement Time: 4:00 PM on October 11, 113. The winner list will be announced on the Facebook page "Directorate-General of Highways: Highway People" and Instagram account "roadsafetymonth" of the Directorate-General of Highways, Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

(4) Prizes: Convenience store gift certificates worth NT$500. A total of 100 winners will be drawn, with a total prize pool of NT$50,000.
