件名: Regarding the application for the AUO Sustainability Foundation's "AUO Sustainability Literacy Scholarship" for the second semester of the 113 academic year, please complete the scholarship application process by March 4, 114. Please be advised.
Explanation:  
1. In accordance with the letter from the Yuan Zhe Science Education Foundation dated January 14, 114, reference number 114 Yuan (Enterprise) Zi No. 7.
2. This program subsidizes 40 elementary school students in the city with NT$3,000 per semester; and 40 junior high school students with NT$4,000 per semester. The scholarship will be directly remitted to the approved school's treasury by the foundation in June 114 via wire transfer.
3. To fulfill the donor's intention of supporting disadvantaged students in the city, please have each school carefully evaluate and recommend candidates. The foundation will determine the list of subsidized recipients and announce the list of awardees on March 14, 114.
4. Application Notes:
(1) Please have each school compile the applications of students who have passed the preliminary review and submit them through the online system as a school unit, along with all application documents, from February 10 to March 4:

(2) Number of recommendations per school:
1. Elementary School: Recommend 1 student (Elementary school students who have previously received this scholarship can reapply without limit on the number of times).
2. Junior High School: Recommend 1 to 2 students:
(1) Students with a high interest in natural sciences who are willing to fully participate in the "Dada Magic Science Camp" courses organized by this scholarship. Failure to participate will be considered as waiving the qualification. For online asynchronous courses, scholarships will be awarded upon completion of hands-on projects and submission of learning worksheets.
(2) The foundation will mail course information, teaching materials, manuals, and website links to the schools between March 24 and March 28. Please forward these materials to the students and encourage them to complete the online hands-on courses and fill out the online learning worksheets. The videos will be available from March 31 to April 27, and students should arrange their own time to study online.
(3) The foundation does not accept repeated participation in this camp, so junior high school students are limited to one application.
5. This program uses an online application system (no paper submission required). Please ensure that each school completes the scholarship application process by March 4. After submitting the information, you will receive an email notification: "AUO Sustainability Literacy Scholarship Application - Received". If you do not receive it, please contact Ms. Chen at 02-2363-3118 ext. 11 for confirmation.
